Daily Activity Procedure 

1. Enter the gym, walk to your roll call spot and sit. Make sure your shoes are tied. Remain seated on your spot while the teacher checks attendance. The teacher will mark absent any student not sitting on his/her spot.

2. Each column may use the restroom after the previous column returns. Any horseplay in the restrooms results in the student losing his/her privilege for the rest of the school year.

3. After the last column returns from the restrooms, we begin our 3 song WALK maintaining a 7 or 8 on a Perceived Exertion Scale of 0-10. Any student walking too slowly and/or running will earn a 0 for this portion of the class. Students causing dangerous conditions will sit and earn 0 points.

4. After the three song walk, students walk back to columns/rows and begin this Calisthenics Phase. You will earn 25 points by executing each activity on the list correctly.
