About Me

My Professional Experiences:

I'm a Crestwood Alumni. I went to Bloomsburg University and graduated with a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. I completed a certification in ESL as well.

I have been teaching since 2014. I taught ESL & Special education for half a year before coming to Crestwood in 2015. I've enjoyed teaching with Crestwood ever since.

In 2018, I completed my Masters in Reading from Bloomsburg University. I'm also certified to teach Wilson Reading System as of 2018.  I love looking for professional development that helps me best support my student's needs.

My biggest goals for this year focus on my education team, my students, and myself.

  • Communication: We will work as a team in order to create the most cohesive supports for each other and our students.
  • Positivity: We will use positive reinforcement with students and with each other to encourage a positive happy learning environment.
  • Going Green: Beginning the 2019- 2020 school year, I'd like to minimize our impact on the environment by adjusting the way we use paper to reduce waste.
